  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe. UGCx does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • Content You Upload: Profile images, portfolio content, campaign briefs, deliverables, and other files.
  • Communications: Messages sent through the Platform's messaging system and support correspondence.
  • Deal Information: Campaign applications, deal terms, deliverable submissions, and payment history.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, clicks, and time spent on the Platform.
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and language preferences.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and understand how you use the Platform.

Information from Third Parties

  • Google: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
  • Stripe: Transaction confirmations and payout statuses.

  • Operate the Platform and manage your account.
  • Process subscriptions and payments.
  • Facilitate deals between Creators and Brands.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Other Users

Your profile information is visible to other users as appropriate. Creator profiles are visible to Brands, and Brand campaign details are visible to Creators. Messages are visible to recipients.

With Service Providers

  • Stripe: Payment processing, subscription management, and payouts.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and data storage.
  • Cloudflare: File storage for uploaded content (images and videos).
  • Google: Authentication services for Google OAuth sign-in.

Each provider's use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

If UGCx is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion.
  • Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and financial compliance.
  • Communications: Retained for the duration of your account.
  • Uploaded Content: Removed from public display upon deletion. Backups may persist for up to 90 days.

  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.

10. California Privacy Rights
